This project consisted of demolition and cleanup activities at the former Troutdale sewer treatment plant and former wool pullery facility property located between NW 257th Avenue and the Sandy River. The site is now known as The Confluence at Troutdale and a portion of this property will be developed into the Sandy River Park & Trail.
