  • The City's Streets Division operates, maintains, and repairs over 40 center-line miles of streets within Troutdale.
  • Multnomah County has jurisdiction over 13 miles of County roadway in Troutdale, including major arterials like 257th Ave., Cherry Park Rd., Halsey St., and Stark St., 
  • The Oregon Department of Transportation has jurisdiction over 5 miles of State highway in Troutdale including I-84, the adjacent frontage roads, and Historic Columbia River Highway east of the Sandy River.
