Mayor Ryan declared a State of Emergency in Troutdale on March 16, 2020 due to COVID-19

UPDATE: City Hall remains open, but doors are locked to limit contact. Please call 503-665-5175 for assistance.

Due to the effects of Coronavirus and COVID-19, Mayor Casey Ryan has declared a State of Emergency throughout the City of Troutdale. It will remain in effect until March 31, but may be further extended in two-week increments.

Among the actions in the declaration:

  • All non-essential city commissions, committees, task forces and city events are canceled until March 31.
  • City utility services will not be subject to disconnect or loss of service due to non-payment or delinquency during the next 60 days.
  • Businesses in the City of Troutdale adversely impacted by the epidemic shall be entitled to request any and all applicable local, state and federal assistance to help them remain viable during the emergency.

Troutdale City Hall will remain open, but in order to limit person-to-person contact and protect public health, we ask that if you are feeling sick, you do not to enter a public facility. And remember that you can always pay utility bills and court fines and apply for building permits by using our new Online Payments and Services Portal.
